ROBERT LOVE — OWNER & MASTER ELECTRICIAN
After college, work in my field didn't pan out. I spent a stretch digging irrigation trenches — eight to fourteen hour days — before a chance conversation with an electrician working on a generator on one of those jobs planted the idea. My girlfriend at the time, now my fiancee Charity, mentioned her cousin was in the electrical union. He told me to go to the hall — IBEW Local 1340. That's where the real training started.
Somewhere along the way I came to believe trade work isn't so different from the rest of life — you get out of it what you put in. Once I started putting God, family, and community first, my work changed too. I owe a lot of that to Charity, to my parents, and to the people along the way who took the time to teach me right. I'm grateful for it.
